It seems useless to ask about it now, and only the DM knows the right answer. But if you suddenly don't see a quest for Monica's new photo shoot for Miss White (in the quest log v15), you're not alone.. I'm in the same trouble. So my review of v15 is definitely on hold. Hopefully you'll have better luck.

I don't know if it is a bug or intentional (most likely a bug) but if you haven't done the "regular clients" event from the VIP route (v14) the new Mrs White event doesn't appear. I know in your "canon run" Monica doesn't work in the VIP. Try a path with this quest done and see if the new shoot becomes available.
