I did activate and was able to do every extra available from start to that point. That one stays grey and doesn't say extra, unless I activated it wrong?

Read the FAQ. Monica needs to not take money from Ryan in an earlier shoot for the "because I like it" option to be available.

As she walks around town she still has the same whore or red dress. When in her home, office, shinyhole, VIP, Steve's office, street walking prostitute(example shown earlier) and many one off events, there are plenty of new and different clothes and outfits she wears.

Yes, compared to the content already released, it's close to completion. There are still at least 10 more updates to come, which is almost two years in total

I totally understand your frustration. However the render counts of the other games are still consistently less than what he puts into updates of Fashion Business. When he starts putting bigger updates into either of the other games I will agree with your opinion. I still believe he favours Fashion Business.

Finished EP4 and 4 was shorter than expected when going to it but it is the current one being worked on so makes sense.
I was taken back because in Ep 3 I did everything except the steve or Phil because when I did it always went to the "To Be continued" so I had to save during the mission. And doing Ep 4 Biff is gone and I am the boss, did I do something wrong?
Aside from that
I really want to know where the office quest with Greta/John is going. Is Monica going to be in a secret relationship with Greta/John? Will it be a poly with Julia? Will she be blackmailed by the tech guy? Will there be higher sexual progression with Geta/John?
And what of Julia with Betty? Will Julia stop loving Monica and you get the choice to win her back and risk losing the mansion or win her back while also being able to get the mansion with the condition of also being married to Julia.
So many possibilities
