Seeking Fast Male to Female Without Futanari

To explain, I like stuff where a man gets transformed into a woman, but I do not like sissification, and also do not care for futanari. You could say I really want the gential transformation to happen as quickly as possible. I prefer Renpy but am open to stuff in HTML and anything that has a Linux port. This game hasn't been updated in eons, and kind of loses steam until basically nothing new happens, but there was a lot that was good, such as the breast expansion that can happen later, and how quickly the protagonist is thrown into things, as it were.

I need to get back to this one, but it had hit a wall when I had last played it, and some of the routes at least had no sex. I do really like the idea though of MtF as a punishment for rape, or otherwise punishing a jerk, so more games along those lines could be fun.

Some changes are for longer, you can get effects that make it permanent or prolong it a lot (there is an option for pregnancy to either just prolong the pill or make the effect permanent) or keep kirby sucking all the pills.
In the last couple patches they added a lot more reactivity from people around you when you transform.

Same creator but more of an interactive novel, it's getting a remastered version right now with a lot more content, it is pretty nasty though, stuff like smegma etc (that's about as bad as it gets though) in it and there is one route where there is a brief dickgirl scene right at the end. This one starts very quickly with you changing and you stay that way.

They would definitely be better without AI but oh well. X-Change has a bunch of mods on loverslab (enough that it has it's own category unlike something like bannerlords).
Girl's life technically has a MTF scenario but it's almost never mentioned afterwards.

Interesting... I had written off this game because I'm not normally into NTR, but it sounds like there's stuff for others available.

Okay, so updating this to say that X-Change's A.I. art ultimately became a dealbreaker, (especially given it was layered on top of real porn, which caused its own issues), but I can definitely see the appeal of the underlying game. Otherwise, it lacking breast expansion, and other such options, is a bit odd given part of the point of A.I. generative stuff here is to generate a bunch of assets.
