Wacatac.B!ml is a pretty common false positive, its detected by AI heuristics (behavioral guessing), not a confirmed virus signature

if you're downloading it from https://f95zone.to/threads/fate-hollow-ataraxia-type-moon.6919/ then it's safe

maybe try temporarily disabling Google Safe Browsing in your browser security settings while you download the game if it wont give you a "keep it anyway" option
