I agree with
No_Name, considering the scene, the lights do seem harsh.
Also worth noting, the white light used isn't realistic, as we can see the candle lights in the background. This makes it look like the character is looking through a portal rather than a mirror.
If you're going for an effect of daylight, the light should be moved to the side of the model as the mirror doesn't show any windows in the background.
If you want candle light, lower the temperature of the lights. This should give a more yellowy glow that is more like candle light than white light.
Also, the reflections in the mirror is virtually perfect. Adjusting the glossy settings of the surface could help here (thinking a small amount of glossy roughness but experiment and see what works).
