Looking for games where a male MC has sex with multiple female characters (not necessarily all at once, and not necessarily as part of a relationship). It can be consensual, rape or anything in between. But there has to be a female ally that knowingly helps make some of the sex happen. She can be a romantic partner, a FWB, a mind-slave, a dommy mistress, a sister-in-arms, a hunchback lab assistant, a succubus, whatever, as long as she helps MC bang others.

The helper does not have to be sexable herself or take any part in the acts, in fact it might be interesting to find such a game where the helper herself is untouchable. Even better if it's a game where you play as the helper, though I doubt this exists. NTR games where this happens (female character facilitates cheating) are good too.

I didn't know what term to use exactly. No ongoing relationship is needed at all, it can be ONS. I think I'll rephrase the OP to avoid confusion.

Pretentious Goblin thanks a lot for linking this thread, this was pretty much exactly what I was looking for. Still haven't quite found a game that's scratching the itch. I'm a bit picky because I also don't really love drawn anime style / honey select games, which narrows my options. But it's nice to see there's a group of people who are still on the hunt for this niche.

Don't really have many suggestions of my own, but:

College Daze: Very large HTML game with a lot of variation and routes. You can play with cheats, which basically makes it an CYOA game. There's a lot of helper content with multiple LIs involving some variation of love, magic, or blackmail.

Guilty Pleasure: One sister has a family kink and actively tries to bring the other sister into the mix, ultimately headed towards mom as well. Good idea, the storyline just moves very slowly due to small (albeit consistent) updates.

Raptus: MC has some sort of mental disorder and is prone to rape and violence. His sister and his therapist actively help him in his crimes.
