I'm going with games that have more than the usual "everyone is a rapist" type of setting like Degrees of Lewdity. Rather, games where there is legal discrimination against females and/or nonsexual gender-based discrimination against MC.

I don't think so, it's just the most openly misogynistic setting I can think of alongside that Skyrim mod (which is intended for female sub MC).

It's not quite what was asked but one of the games that scratches that itch for me. Very limited but also really fun. Kind of a pain in terms of time limit and corruption advancement but cheating improves the experience. It worsened my office lady fetish so when I saw Become Boss(https://f95zone.to/threads/become-boss-v0-1-demo-meek-games.158900/) on the Latest Updates page I kind of hoped it was going to be similar to this one but better. This game has a lot of femsub but not a lot of misogyny per se. It has serial forced impregnation/burdening that, like the previous recommendation, scratches that itch. Fair warning: it might make you want to see more unwanted breeding, but no such content exists out there. You will be left wanting.

Very, very little. There's a really short event with the Eugenics FS and also a small variation of the "ride slave" text, but that's all so far, I think. I've read about an event with the bull-themed slave school if you get one with little fear and love, but never checked it.
