Ambrosia - You play a priestess that´s sent to convert a heretic land.
Tara - You play as a female student. 3d renpy art.

If you're not looking for anything specific. Just go to Latest Updates page, sort by likes and include female protagonist tag, you can also exclude Male protagonist tag to avoid 'mixed protagonist' games.
