The protagonist thinks she's in an adventure game, and you can choose wether or not to tell her that she's actually in a hentai game.
I remember I played the start of this game a while back, but forgot about it. Only remembering it now and want to try it again.

I recognize the name. I have it on my computer. Tried it and it seems familiar but not quite.
I feel like I was able to hide the fact that it was a sex game until the first encounter. But I may be wrong as it's been so long since I played it.
