Seeking Female Protagonist withClothing or Housing systems.

Hey all. Looking for some good female protagonist (will accept sissy protags) games where you can change your clothes and that is reflected in scenes/outfits.
Games with an upgradable house are welcome too, for example buying a new house, buying stuff for it, new rooms, etc.

Preferably some from of slow corruption sandbox or RPG.

Games I've played: Girl Life, Succulence, VH, Roundscape Adorevia and many more.

Preferred engines are: RPGMaker, HTML/Twine, and Renpy but I will accept anything that I can get running on mobile.
