It was a "gallery unlocker" some random user posted that had malware in it. That's why it is advised to download only from the uploader or mods linked in the OP from real modders with clean files. Always verify what you download and from where/who, don't download stuff from random users.

If that is what happened, then this is a problem from the uploader or staff member who put it there without properly checking or scanning the files. Mods in the Mods section must be manually approved before being made public, and we also need to scan our files before posting. That's the theory, but in practice, it can be different.
