You do realize that anyone can unintendedly imitate images. Just as there are many people in the world, there are maybe twice as many, maybe way more, images of every known thing ever done, so for you to say that or even argue over it makes no sense.
Buddy, if you looked at those gifs and decided it was an "accidental imitation" then I don't know what to tell you. It's traced, the lines line-up perfectly, you can't "imitate" an exact replica, lmao

Reusing assets is NOT the same thing as tracing. The drawings are not ASSETS, they are someone else's WORK. The original artists did NOT work on it for hours and then upload it on the internet just so someone else could quickly trace over it and make money off of THEIR work.
I quite frankly give no shits on f95 as long as the game i'm playing keeps me interested. The whole site consists of games freely downloadable and you want to play law and order here, good for you, keep it up.

the fact that you noticed the retracing is amazing! I don't think though that their will be much legal action happening Unfortunately. unless you talk to the people who made the art and they decide to sue. because most people here would rather not bring this into a court room with their face attached to it. you should post those images and an accusation in his discord.
