There's practically no difference between the femboy and the tomboy character aside from genitals. There's a lot of unnecessary clutter with actions like brushing your teeth with no hygiene system. There's a wardrobe system but it only changes the picture on the side and has no effect anywhere else. The current two sex scenes are just one picture long.
