I distinctly remember this game as it was 3dcg, made in something like rpg maker(?), had all of the controls on the right side of the screen instead of at the bottom, and had a unique enough battle system from what I remember? There also wasn't any rpg maker style overworld exploration, it was all done by way of going from each one to the next after you defeat them if you wanted to go back to a previous girl.
You basically started in your home town and then had to fight your childhood friend before going on a quest to stop some big bad queen or something? you get stopped by every girl in your path and you have to defeat her to progress, without exception. Each girl had her own unique ways of messing with you if you lost, and I remember there being at least one city as a stop with some quests in it, one of them involving a prison, and another involving a coliseum (I could be misremembering though). There was this one girl who had a big scary dildo with bumps all along it that I liked, and I believe she also used her high heel as a dildo in your ass? I don't know if it ever had a futa per se but definitely at least one strap on.
