It needs Japanese fonts etc installed by Windows and it needs your region settings to be Japanese. It's also not a powershell window, but the old kirikiri engine expecting paths to files hardcoded in Japanese settings.

Mentioned it here before, but Left Hand Magic is close to complete as far as the published public version goes. All the intended routes for the public version have endings now. It's a female-protagonist game with a heavy dose of bdsm, and female LIs and 1 futa LI. It's 1 of the few games with genuine domme protagonist routes. I think tho that overall the submissive routes are more femsub than lezdom so maybe not for people who want an immersive submissive femdom experience.

You shouldn't need to download anything. Just change the region settings to Japanese, it should look something like this:

Don't check UTF-8 or you'll get an error while running the game. I don't think you need Japanese fonts to run the game, at least I didn't need to download any.
