Haven't played this game in a long while and I'm trying to find it again. You play as a male protagonist in some city on an island (I'm mostly sure it was an island but could be wrong). A virus breaks out that slowly mutates women in many different ways as the days pass, some simply have body parts grow while others become near-monsters. You have to survive 30 days (I think) before the military arrives to evacuate survivors, and you have to be at the beach on that day to escape. The game was text based with some images for the girls. In the game, each day you can spend your time searching the various landmarks for food and supplies, improving your skills, or barricading your house/apartment. I remember it had a bit of a red-theme and that the art was drawn and simplistic. Only mutations I can remember are a farm girl that grows into a giant and a girl-next-door that grows a dick, although I know that there were definitely others that were more out-there.
