So this game has sissification, bimbofication, and feminization. This game is either completed or abandoned. Either way the game is not getting any more updates.

Can confirm this is full, unavoidable, forced, Male2Female, tried this out a few weeks ago and was fairly disappointed by it. It was basically this:
- 'friend' brings up products she's been talked into selling
- you either choose to take the products yourself or she forces you to take them (a.k.a. zero actual choice)
- you don't actually sell them (shocking)
- you transform parts of your body by using the products in any order since order doesn't change anything (again, no actual choice)
- you can't stop using them once started and choosing to 'empty them out' still results in the 'something changed' message and everyone treating you like a girl even though nothing about you changed.
- you always end up as a girl, but if you resist the 'friend' you also end up as a dumbass bimbo.

Some updates might spice things up, offer you actual choices, and expand on the story, but as it was back then it was bland and uninteresting.

A lot of the items have those retarded hypnosissyfetish flashing gifs that are unskippable and take a while to load, which is really goddamn annoying. They take forever to play, and you can't continue until they play through. First few times they appeared I thought the game just had an empty, bugged choice.

Eh. It could have been promising, but its extreme overreliance on gifs seriously undermined the result; there's barely any actual writing in this, most of which is just a vehicle to take you to another series of pictures.

The reason the main character starts taking the nanos is barely explained, nor why someone would actually get surprisingly effective nanos as part of a MLM operation. Important characters, such as a psychiatrist Stephanie keeps taking Tyler to, are never even properly introduced, just used an excuse to hypno the character into new fetishes - or, in other words, another gif that you're not allowed to skip.

The various changes the main character undergoes are interesting, until you realize that the game doesn't actually do anything with most of them, just changing a few lines on your character sheet and never bringing it up again. This rather undermines the point of giving you experimenting with the order in which you take changes.

You're given a choice with developing some fetishes, but not others; this is, again, largely illusionary choice, to the point I wonder why some are forced at all. A quick scene at the restroom, and... That's it. It doesn't even seem to affect the ending, from what I can tell.

You're allowed to skip some transformations entirely, such as emptying the bottle of intelligence and then not calling Steph, but again - it really doesn't change much of anything.

In all honesty, the age regression is probably the best branch in this game, if only because the game bothers to write some detail there so it feels like the main character is getting younger, and you're given various choices that actually affect how young you're going to go - but that's really the only one that breaks away from the gif-heavy format.

All in all, it's maybe worth an hour of your time if you've nothing better to play, but... Probably not the five hundred megabyte download.
