I've tried going from original to mod and mod to original, it's fine

if you want to install the mod download MOD UIv4a
if you want to uninstall the mod download MODUIv4a To Original v0.99

The error occurs when you want to select a new game. It also occurs when you click continue game. You can use the load option without any problems (it loads your savegame), but when you want to do anything, error 111 appears.
I used this one: MOD UIv4a:
