Hi! Its me againl. Looking for advice. For some reason, there are very few games where male human x female feral furry. Are this games in demand? I want to make a game like Felin fantasy or pony waifu sim, but with more type animals. But I have some questions... In terms of copyright, do I have anything to worry about if I use Pokémon, Digimon, Ponies or Paw Patrol in the game? Which platform is better to use Patreon or subscribstar? (I'm not doing this for the money. But with support, I can be sure of my motivation to do this for more than a couple of versions.) As for the genitals, is it necessary to make animal genitals? (In my art, I usually do human genitals, even for ferals). How do you like my art, is it suitable for the game? With your answers, I will understand whether it will be a waste of my time or not? I would really appreciate any answers. eve0.png

See my answer in your other thread with the same title that you created just four minutes before this one.

Short answer here: If a copyright holder decides they want to go after you for using their IP, they will. It's rare for IP holders to go after small time creators, but it can happen. If it does happen, you will have to follow their demand to cease and desist (which means no more donations and any monies are frozen by Patreon) while you defend yourself in legal proceedings, if you choose to do so. You can also be held financially responsible for any compensation to the IP holder, if a court directs you. You could eventually succeed (but likely not) and you will have to pay all your attorney fees in order to do so. Your best bet is to design your own characters.

Yes! Nintendo holds the rights to Pokémon and they're a mean lot with crushing small time indie projects. And they really hate porn parodies of their stuff.
And it's sad... It's good to be an artist. You can make a commission and not worry about lawsuits or a ban.
