So the best descriptor for this game is Megalo boxing but slightly lewd with elements of mind control and BDSM.

Severe lack of explanation in how anything really works in the game, way too many RNG events in fights that end seemingly randomly, no decent indicator of your stats aside from seemingly useless numbers, overall it's just a mess.

There isn't even enough porn content to make up for it either, it's just a heaping mess.
Maybe if it was made into a sandbox game where you're given more agency it would work well, but as is it's just a waste of time.

The story's original and there's a lot of potential for sexiness, especially with domination and submission through consensual fighting. Unfortunately, it doesn't feel like much of the BDSM content lives up to what it teases, being absent throughout the game except in the aftermath of a loss when its more or less a single page of text that summarizes, "You haven't had so much as a sexual thought throughout the entire game because your life is all about fighting, but you just lost a fight. Now, you're getting fucked, and your fighting career is over. Maybe there's some mention of you orgasming. Regardless, your story ends here."

However, the biggest problem with Fight Club Reborn is that it tries too many plot lines and too many game mechanics, and on the wrong engine. There's enough randomness to the fight rolls that you can win or lose fights when you don't deserve it. There are enough choices which don't hint at their consequences and which don't become relevant until much later in the game. This, combined with the game's many branches and the game's frustrating html engine, leads to a lot of wasted time backtracking and save scumming just to see the story--as lacking as is sex scenes are.

Overall, some novel ideas and some hard work in this game, but it's lacking in execution and identity.

One of the best text based sex games. Driven by really interesting story, maybe better to say, many different substories branching out, and no grinding, as we can see in many other so called text base porn games, go there, put a make-up, use a toilet and so on and on. Here, if we choose an option it really matters with different story progress, which I have found really as exciting and special gameplay. Any of these substories have its uniqueness and are worth trying, therefore there is no good or bad choice. Game mechanics is very simple and convenient, You can always click on return button if previous choice doesn't suits You. The story writing is very good.

This game started with such promise, then ... not so much.
The core concept was great.
The initial writing was terrific.
The planned scope was too much. Over the years content has trickled out, and with every new story branch and every new bit of artwork the choice-driven story frayed out into dozens of unfinished threads. For those of us who have been keeping track this involved numerous attempts to redesign the game to alternate methods that seemed promising and then flashed out rather than fleshed out. At this time ( v0.9.2 Beta) the game is pretty much back to where it was a year (or more) ago, with some modifications... and more side stories that mostly go unfinished.
note: "FCR 08 Patreon Bugfix 7" is more complete and includes more content than "v0.9.2 Beta"

I hope that someday I can come back to this game and find the dev team has focused on what they can complete, cut the unnecessary crap, and present a finished story.

It would easily be a 5 star excellent game if the dev could only finish the main story (i.e. the "Domina" storyline) After that they could add all the side stories they want.
