This dev has been making and remaking the same game for over 10 years, even reusing the exact same enemies and poses with a different overlay skin.

That could be forgiven, but he has also decided for some reason to involve backwards, replacing skill and a genuinely good fighter with shitty mechanics the other reviews have mentioned (unhittable enemies, gacha upgrades etc.)

Just go play one of his earlier games and you'll get the same and more complete experience.

controls are fine, gameplay would be good, if it weren't for the fact there are too many enemies that are literally constantly crouching and cannot be hit unless you waste time doing a crouching attack, which is tedious and player hostile because despite the whole combo system implemented, crouching attacks can't lead into regular attacks so it makes it even more of a chore to fight these types of enemies

Not enough nonsense? there are enemies that can armor through your attacks as well. This game has a dash that does nothing but move you forward and that could help when youre surrounded, but it wont because there isnt a lick of I-frames to help you at any given moment. Literally the first bloody level i have to contend with waves upon waves of enemies crawling towards me from both sides, further adding to mounting frustrations that can and will turn away people from playing this poor excuse of a porn game. Better off waiting for a gallery showcase on a porn site than waste time playing this sad mess

Menu isnt even slightly helpful as you have all these stats and stuff you can buy, but it won't matter because the menu can't even tell you what anything does. the shop doesnt tell you what it is youre buying most of the time, and the stats you invest in when leveling up have no actual tangible benefits because they either dont tell what it is it does, or the stat increase doesnt even matter because by stage 2 none of my strength increases actually change anything.

In short, dont bother playing this. its frustrating, leveling doesnt matter, too many frustrating enemies, menus that dont tell you anything, and wasted combat mechanics

TL;DR- If you've played a Umai Neko game or are not a fan of grind, you can safely skip this game.

I found this fun for a bit, but it plays mostly like previous Umai Neko games. I haven't played all of them, but of the ones I've played this is very, very familiar. All enemies have some way of cheesing them, so there isn't really any challenge to them once you've figured that out (e.g. crawling enemies you can either low attack if there's one or two or jump special if there's a lot in the area/there are any other enemies in the area to worry about, enemies that stay away can be dashed at or neutral/dash specialled, etc). Higher difficulties are really just exploiting that cheese and making sure your stats are good enough that you're not one-shotted if you mess up and that you do more than 1 damage.

Because I haven't played them all, I don't know if the gacha system is unique to this game, but it's very easily the worst part of it to me. You're encouraged to play the game constantly at the highest difficulty to get more presents. Each present can either clothing that increase/decreases your stats or gems to level up said clothing. The game says you need 2 of a clothing item in order to level up, but in practice you need an additional one since the game does in as [acquire item, x1, x2, etc]. You can't level the clothes up until you hit x2. You're encouraged to level up your clothes since a level 2 version of the first panties you get have better stats than even the last set you get. So the game devolves into a terrible grind for presents (since there are red present, Big red presents that have better odds of getting clothes, orange presents, and Big orange presents) or cash to buy the present from the shop. You're not going to want to buy presents from the shop since stages give you so little. You're better served using them to level up.

And as of .141, there aren't really any lewds. The crawlers will fuck you on knock down and then there's game over lewds. That's it currently. And even the game over lewds are a grind since there's 3 different versions based on your level of dress when you give up. And to get undressed is a bit counter-intuitive since you have to hit 0 HP, get up, then hope to get hit again before you regen too much HP. Lewds in general feels very much like an after thought in this game.

EDIT- Protip: Crouching enemies can be hit with your Jump Special attack (the one that looks like a downward drill). It makes those enemies a lot less of a pain in the ass to fight

Barely playable, can't tell what is intended bollocks, what is bugged and what even means anything.

    • Find unfair methods and spam them or the enemy will.
    • Every (sub-)stage is all of the same enemy that spam their seemingly unfair attack.
    • Get raped every other moment, not that it seems to matter (or get tracked, avoided)
    • Figure out the controls, the combos, the leveling system, what the stats do, what the shop has, how the menus function.
    • Try to find meaning in a truly unfinished mess.

Don't recommend, not really playable, a "puzzle" tag might be useful for trying to figure this mess out.
