Almost Dead you live with 3 asians at first twin sisters and there neice, later one of your doctors also asian ends up moving in with you/ them. Also has other girls move in with you if you choose it.

Simple Days in the second half of the game you end up owning a house and can invite most of girls you romance in the first part, 2 of the girls being asian.

maybe include the engine the game as on (HTML, Ren'py, etc.), whether it was 2d/3d/real porn, and maybe a specific scene or scenario you remember. Just asians isn't much to go on lol.
