Trying to remember a game I last played long time ago.

It's sandbox game with times of day.
Game has optional NTR.
There's earning cash by working in clinic

MC is a psychiatrist or doctor, has good looking assistant, he can corrupt or romance her
There is his ex-wife and her daughter
2 sisters, one of which is paralyzed, they work in coffee bar MC visits

Any ideas?
