I remember somehow the picture was MC holding briefcase and looking at city as breifcase was behind his back

You gave too little details about the game and therefore no one has ever associated the game you are asking about, what you wrote that MC comes home after being somewhere at school/college/university and that you remember the picture where the MC is standing and the suitcase next to it can probably even describe 30% of games on this forum so if you want someone to associate what game you mean try to remember a little more details (what engine, what tags from game you remember etc.) or some specific scene that does not repeat in every third game available here.
