I've been having this game stuck in the back of my mind for a few weeks.
I think the MC character that we are playing as is a sort of demon king type, and the two main girls will be chained or shackled.
The main gameplay mechanics will involved in using our magic "balls" or beads that turn out to be magical eyeballs that we can see from, we can use them, insert into the girls' pussy (i don't remember if anal instertion is possible). After putting the eyeballs in, we have choices to see the perspective of the eyeballs inserted, push the girls' bellies so that the balls will pop out.
The game is rendered in Live2D, which is particularly beautiful for an H-Game, I played this game on Web really long time ago, and it's lost since then.
