The game played like fire emblem but the characters looked like something out of a unity / renpy game. You're some evil guy that captures these girls after battle then rapes them and turns them evil. I got this game at least a year ago on f95zone.

It might be Kamidori's predecessor, Himegari dungeon meister.
You play as a (vastly weakened) demon king in that one, and captured girls can be raped for power and/or turned into allies.
