Since you said no fetishes, you should be aware that your character will gain the ability to kinda mind control people, and also IIRC mess with at least one of them while they're asleep. I never made it very far into that game, so I have no idea whether you need to use mind control to progress, or whether it's just like a fun bonus that can be easily skipped.

My suggestion would be to use this browsing tool, use the Exclude Tags option to weed out the fetishes you don't like, and then with whatever's left, sort by Likes or Weighted Rating, and go with the ones that have art that appeals to you most.

Are you sure you want no fetishes? Or you don't know what fetish you might have? I recommend Nothing Is Forever . You can play it as a vanilla game but you can also take it as a test to see what fetish you may have. Also, the fetishes are explained very well with its unique skill system. Very helpful for new adult game players like you.
