    It's like Summertime Saga meets something The Architect would make. The setting's very enjoyable and cozy, the gameplay is fun and has purpose, and most importantly (because we're here for porn afterall), the sexual content is there and hot. Solid game, looking forward to seeing more!

    Don't have any criticism really, if I had to give advice to the dev I'd say make as much content with the mom and sis as you can! Often I see good game devs focus too much on side characters, or distant relatives. There isn't any hint of that so far, just advice going forward :)

    Five of a Kind is a visually striking 2D narrative game that combines slice-of-life storytelling with complex character dynamics. At its core, it’s a story about connection, choice, and the weight of family expectations. The game introduces five protagonists whose lives intertwine through a series of branching events, each one influenced by the player’s moral decisions and dialogue choices.
    The pixel-art style is remarkable — crisp, expressive, and full of atmosphere. Subtle animations and detailed backgrounds breathe life into every environment, from quiet suburban homes to bustling city streets. The soundtrack complements this perfectly, blending lo-fi piano tones with ambient soundscapes that shift with the emotional tone of each scene.
    Gameplay is mostly choice-driven exploration, but what truly stands out is the writing. Each character feels distinct, flawed, and believable. The branching narrative system ensures that no two playthroughs are exactly the same, encouraging players to replay and discover new perspectives.
    While it’s a slow-paced experience, Five of a Kind rewards patience with emotional depth and meaningful storytelling. It’s a beautifully crafted indie title that proves 2D games can deliver mature, character-driven narratives without relying on spectacle.

    Hello everyone.
    This game has a good story and good design; while it's not the best, it manages to break the boredom.
    The downside is the wait time for each update, as it can take quite a while. The last update took almost 8 month

    Amazing game where to begin. The dialogue in the game pretty top tier in terms of keeping the player engaged. It never goes full blown VN like other "games" on this site. I've read people complain that its difficult but from perspective it is a GAME first and foremost. It makes you earn all the awesomeness you get into and rewards you for going further beyond that. The only gripe that I can force out about the game is that it takes a while to get substantial updates. If you can play it and then drop it for a year or two its totally worth the time being put in.

    easily one of my favorite games on this site. love the art style, setting, writing, and humor. The general setting and themes are great too. just wish we could get updates more quickly and have the game more fleshed out.

    I’ve been waiting forever to play Five of a Kind. For the longest time, I didn’t even have a computer that could run it, so I just watched clips and read comments, hoping one day I’d get the chance. And now that I’ve finally played it… it was so worth the wait.
    This game has so much heart. The characters feel real, the art is beautiful, and the writing is genuinely emotional. It’s not just funny or dramatic it hits that sweet spot in between, where everything just clicks. And can we talk about the mom? BEST. MOM. CHARACTER. EVER. I didn’t expect to get so attached to her, but she’s written with so much depth and care. Every scene she’s in just hits harder than the last.
    I seriously didn’t want it to end. Every interaction, every line of dialogue felt personal. You can tell how much love went into making this game, and honestly, I can’t wait to see where the story goes next.
    I’m waiting very patiently (okay, maybe not that patiently) for the next update. If you haven’t played this yet, and you’ve been thinking about it do it. It’s more than worth it.

    I love This game. It is funny, sexy and fun to look at as well as to play. It has a so much character and content.

    At first I thought the UI was a bit strange and the characters looked a little cartoonish but as you play it the story pulls you in.

    The look of the art is reminiscent of a 70s or 80s Saturday morning cartoon.

    The women look like real mothers and aunts and girlfriends.

    The main characters story is funny and the supporting characters are fun to interact with. Progress is a little on the slow side for updates but the amount of content already in the game is amazing.

    My favorite character is Meredith, the mo...landlady. She is so hot and matronly and even though her story is incomplete I think she is the best character in the game.

    The sis... I mean roommate is also a real treat to argue with and every time you get to see these two women naked it feels like you won something.

    The only real criticism I have is the music and sound design feels a bit stiff, almost a little under thought. But hey maybe there will be an upgrade. It's a small nitpick but in a game this good I think I would be selling out to not mention it.

    At first I thought this would be a knock off of SS but it is very different and it shows the amount of care and effort the maker put into the game.

    Give it a shot

    Excellent. This game is rife with callbacks to 90's sitcom themes and motifs, it's like a blast from the past. From the music to the dialogue, and especially the character roles, this game is a smooth replication of what delving into a 90's sitcom and turning it rated XXX would be like.

    Classic Sierra style adventure gameplay, similar to Leisure Suit Larry but with a lot more actual payoff.

    The gameplay pacing is kind of rough when you start- more than half of the inventory items are things you will probably interact with the first time you explore an area, but they don't become contextually relevant until you advance a character's story. This game has so many "you should try this action later" pop-ups when trying to do stuff. in classic adventure game style, you need to click on EVERYTHING

    If you do stick with it, none of the puzzles are too obscure or difficult, the map is deliberately kept pretty small to limit frustration (and you unlock a lot of QoL improvements as you go), and once you start making some progress the story has a steady drip of H scenes from there on out.

    The appearances are all very similar (see the title image for an idea). Beach Ball tits. Normally not my thing, but in this case the writing was good enough for me to get over it. lots of side characters, most not fleshed out yet, main story has a decent amount to chew on as of v0.5

    My main criticisms: text advances too slowly, and only on mouse click. no other keystroke seem to advance text. very annoying to replay stuff as a result. anything that involves audio (phone dialing, modem dialing, door knocking, etc) does not let you advance the game until the full sound clip has played in its entirety, which is really annoying (esp in the case of the long ass modem handshake)

    I will give the dev props- a lot of people try to make sandbox adventure games where you can explore and advance the story at your own pace, this is the first time i've actually seen it done well. Most of them are purely kinetic with hidden time-of-day triggers. I was able to complete like 95% of v0.5 content without a walkthrough (and the stuff I missed was mostly flavor text when replaying stuff, so not a huge deal)

    I jumped into this as of 0.5.0.1
    I would give it a 4.5 if I could, my major complaints are while it is as accurate as one could imagine to the old point and click games it doesn't have any of the modern QoL featues, not being able to skip the walking animations to the aunts door for example. Just unneeded tedium if anything.

    But the just outright incest and making the meta joke about "She's not your maid" is top quality. Will be following future updates cause theres a lot of room to grow. Art is good, Story is good. Easy recommend

    i love this game it's so different from other games the mechanical of Portogonist is really great you can take off your pants everywhere you want and that's the hell of nice. I like the story and the other things in this game. i hope the developer continues the story and makes an update for it.

    A short summary (mild spoilers; WIP v0.4):

    The pros:
    +Hand-drawn character renders;
    +SFX (in sexual content and non-sexual);
    +Animations;
    +Strong linear/sandbox progression hybrid;
    +Mini-games/side quests to diversify the gameplay;
    +Good character development;
    +Developer that sincerely cares about the project/fan feedback;

    The negatives:
    -Limited love interests to pursue;
    -A bit clunky use of walkthrough;

    The VERDICT SCORE: 4/5. A must play for anyone who enjoys incest themed games. It's far from perfect, but hands down one of the best out there in existence (considering how often this genre turns into shovelware) and also being developed by a single person! That's a hella ton of effort singlehandedly managed well.

    Good pacing. The puzzles aren't mind-wracking but aren't completely brainless and only occasionally end up being oblique; there were a couple of things I don't remember being hinted at well or at all, but it's possible I just missed it.

    The art is a bit wonky in places but is generally good where it counts, and the animations are smooth. Definitely looking forward to more.

    Really good Larry-like quest with pleasant atmosphere, a lot of 80th references and BOOBS! Just like in good old times! Rare beast here, indeed. Keep up the good work and please don't abandon it! Kudos!

    This game just oozes flavour. It's a homage to the old point and click games of the 80s/90s. The humour is actually funny and the content gets better with each update.

    If I was the dictator of Earth I'd throw anyone that doesn't give this 5 stars into the gulag.

    This game still has room for improvement, obviously, as the game's still in early stages, but as of now it has managed to maintain a firm grasp on the plot, interactions and animation. The art style reminds me of a couple of other cool games I've played, and this one has not disappointed in any aspect so far. Eagerly anticipating the forthcoming expansion. Kudos to the developer for doing what he deems best and taking the time to listen to everyone's feedback despite what appears to be a busy schedule. Wishing all the best for this endeavour, as both my wife and I are enamoured with it! She definitely gets good giggles from certain scenes. :)

    A good decent (porn) game, tbh... with a strong nut-draining power, iykwim.

    But (until proven innocent) games with this particular style (yknow... the old SS storyline) usually drag their audiences/patrons into years (could be decades) of slow-n-small progress.

    So it's just average. A very good average.

    So, I'm not going to say that a porn game needs to be "made with love" to be a 5-star experience, but it definitely helps, and you can feel the homage here to games from the 80s and 90s, as the author readily admits.

    And while that can be slightly frustrating (you can't do that right now, the character is going to walk from place to place within rooms, etc.), I think the feel helps with the game's charm.

    I recognize that if you whipper-snappers never (had to) play those games to get your kicks, then the charm and nostalgia will probably fall flat and just be a bit frustrating, but c'est la vie.

    This is one of those games that are just fun to play and actually not just skip through the text, as the characters are fun and well written.

    While it is short and updates aren't huge, theres a decent amount of content and you really notice that this is a passion project.

    Some of the art occasionally looks a bit weird (especially Merediths face, e.g. during the BJ) and might benefit from a rework, though I still prefer this art style over boring/average DAZ renders every day.

    Updates with story progression are nice (especially for Meredith, the other characters are not that interesting), but I feel like adding more options/changes to existing scenes as the story goes along is also very important to emphasize the change in the relationship between the MC and Meredith.

    Lastly, it would be awesome if more of the options to interact with things would result in interaction instead of just the MC thinking that he should probably not do that right now, even if the result of the interaction would be bad. Way to often you see that you can touch/interact with something, and then nothing happens, which is probably the only thing about this game that is annoying.
