This game was a flash game, hosted on some xxx flash sites, but sadly could not be found.

In this game, MC, a male character would somehow get transported into a medieval kingdom, where an impending disaster would arrive in 30 or so game days.
There were multiple female captains, along whose sight the MC would progress and train - a detective, princess, blacksmith. MC could choose to spend each day progressing their quests, and would go through increasing stat checks and scenes which would progress along the quest.

For example, choosing to spend a day training with detective would first have MC pass a dialog, intelligence check to discover something, then move onto new location where they would get attacked and need to pass strength check to fight off enemies in that scene, and so on. The chosen captain would get into increasingly more affectionate/lewd scenes the further the progress.

When MC didn't have enough stat points, the progress would end and MC would usually receive +stat, based on which captain he chose to spend that day with - +1 int for detective, +1 str for blacksmith etc., which would enable him to progress further with other female captains.

There was also a time limit component, after 30 days a dragon or some other kind of disaster would arrive, and test whether the MC had high enough stats to save the kingdom (i.e. high enough stats). If not game would end.

Art of this game was 2dcg, simple flash game, and I'm pretty sure that creators had made multiple flash games in the same spirit. There was some kind of cheat code for supporters which would either remove 30 days limit before you must fight, or boost some stats. Engine was flash, in-browser.
