Quick and Dirty Guide:
You are an innocent maiden looking for a magical jewel. However, there's an evil force blocking you, and turning the otherwise normal people into lusty perverts. You must avoid succumbing to their sensual touches, find the jewel, and defeat the evil.
Locations
There are only two places currently to go to in this game: the City and the Train Station. Unfortunately, only Train Station has an ending. In the City you can go to the Office Street or Out of Town.
WARNING: NONE of the three places have anything to do with the other. Events in one place has no effect on what happens in any other place, so it's best to have a dedicated save file for each one.
Gameplay
Office Street is essentially a visual novel. There you will meet two men who will train your girl into the sort of slut they want. The only two paths you can take is to turn your girl into a exhibitionist slut that allows any man to have their way with her, or a sex slave that will learn the way of the BJ and thank you for humiliating her.
Going there, you'll see streets with a blue sperm cell-looking thing next to the name and maybe a street with a person (or persons) head next to it. The blue things are fungal eggs that spread miasma, and if you look at the top of your screen you'll see a small version of one, a pollution number, and a pollution level number. As you reduce the pollution the level will increase, and more naughty things will happen to your girl. The places with a person's head are people that will either advance the plot or will molest your girl.
There is currently no ending for Office Street.
Out of Town is a broken visual novel. You will meet a punk who decides that your girl is old enough to rape. After that, he decides to turn her into a whore. THE GAME WILL CRASH HERE.
Going there, it's exactly the same as Office Street. Visit places with blue eggs to lower pollution and increase level, visit punk, get kidnapped and raped, game crashes, the end.
Train Station is an actual game. The goal is to ride the train and get to Level 5, zero pollution, face a larval insect thing, and then "fight" the Fungal Lord (bad guy) in a cinematic. If your girl is still innocent enough, she'll win (good ending). If she's been corrupted enough, he'll win and your girl will get tentacle-raped (bad ending).
The higher the level, the more the molesters will do to your girl. To keep your girl's innocence, when she meets a pervert she can either fight with (M)agic or (E)scape. Both are skills that can improve with practice. (P)rotect can be used to prevent a grope one time or to put your clothes back on. (W)ait is something that comes later, and all it does is allow further stripping and groping. (S)pecial is something that appears during New Game+, and it's a "Win The Fight Now" button.
Magic is strong, but you may need multiple shots for some enemies and it's easily disrupted if you're being molested at the time.
Escape is always a percentage chance, and is based on number of enemies and how many people are in the background. Escape can be used at any time to leave the battle, but not if one of the molesters is holding your arms.
As your girl gains experience in getting molested until orgasm, various events will appear. The salaryman can be turned into a blackmailing NEET who will explore his ass fetish, the train conductor will stop being an ally and turn into an enabler, the delinquent and his friend can try out their collection of bondage gear on your girl, the molesters may want to keep a trophy of making your girl pass out from orgasms, and the people at the station may want to try their hand at molesting too.
Next to your character is a status screen. On the top right of that is a small Elulu that will show you all the numbers you need to know. HP is your stamina, if it falls to 30% or less your girl will be unable to (E)scape or (P)rotect herself. If HP falls to zero, she will pass out and be at the mercy of her molesters.
MP is your magic. If it falls to zero she can no longer cast and may in fact leave the train right then and there and run home. Maximum MP increases the more you cast. Be aware that casting magic reduces the pollution number, and thus increases the pollution level. Winning fights also reduces the pollution.
The heart symbol is a level of how aroused she is, and the omega symbol below that is how close she is to orgasm.
Sex is an extremely rare thing in this game. Currently, the only sex is raped by the punk from Out of Town, or raped by the Fungal Lord in the Train Station segment.
