1) Move .zip to main folder (Not the game folder!)
2) Unip
3) Play
(To remove, simply delete or move CHEATMOD.rpyc from the game folder)
Move zip to the GAME folder.

Try opening the .zip file, then drag&drop the "game" folder that's inside the .zip to "FootOfTheMountains-V4.0-PC\"
You should now have a file called "CHEATMOD.rpyc" and a folder called "CHEATMOD" inside your game folder,

I've certainly seen worse code than yours over the years^^ I prefer a cleaner UI-design and less colors than what most of the other modders put in their cheat mods. Not sure how many mods I'll end up making. I decided to create this for my Android port after trying out the game. Holy shit the game is grindy^^

It's working if replace folder cheatmod and cheatmod.rpyc in the GAME folder.

Open the zip file. Inside that file you'll see a game folder. Drag and drop that folder to over to your Foot Of The Mountains folder, then start the game. I tested this mod on both Windows and Linux, and it works fine for me

The folder structure of FOTM-CheatMenu-0.1-cldd.zip is this:
>game/
>game/CHEATMOD.rpyc
>game/CHEATMOD/
>game/CHEATMOD/Oswald.ttf
That means that if you move the .zip file to YOURDRIVE:\FootOfTheMountains-V4.0-PC (or Market), then unzip in that folder, not to the "game" folder, the compression software should move all files to the correct folder.

How to unzip in the spoiler. It's done on Linux, but it should be almost the same on Windows and Mac.

If I told people to unzip IN the "game" folder, the folder structure would be this:
>game/
>game/game/
>game/game/CHEATMOD.rpyc
>game/game/CHEATMOD/

I dunno if that works. It might, but it's not the correct way.

The mod works with 5.0 beta. If you're talking about my Android port with the cheat menu, I'm still waiting for us to receive 5.0 Final for me to make a port. Version 5.0 Final was released earlier today, so I guess it won't be long until we get it.

Added a small update to my cheat menu.
Changelog:
-You can now change the name of the MC (10 characters max)
-You can now change to a specific day of the week
Both features can be found under "Main Character" in the cheat menu.



Because of the name-change feature, I would need to update the mod every time the dev pushes out a content release where someone mentions the name of the MC, or he'll revert back to "Daniel" for the new content.

I haven't tested non-alphanumeric characters in the name. It might break something, so try to stick with alphanumeric

I know the "change day" feature is kinda useless, as you can just change days by sleeping. I added this feature when I was playing around with the script, and kinda forgot to remove it, but I figured I'd just keep it. It's a few kb of codes anyways, and shouldn't do any harm^^

I think this is a bugfree release, but please make sure to backup your saves, and please report any bugs!

Edit: Added the source files to OP. It's ugly as hell, as I'm not really a developer^^ But feel free to steal (and reuse) the code if you're planning on creating a cheat mod for other games, or if you just want to see how the cheat mod is made.

Says right there in OP that I'm not doing the Android version until I receive the latest version of the game.

I am aware that there's a few lines that there's a few dialogue lines where characters still calls MC for "Daniel" (24 times in total) This happens because "Daniel" was in all caps, which I didn't notice until now. It's not a big issue, but I'll get on fixing that tomorrow. It's 4:30am here now, and I'm heading to bed very soon
