Identify Forgot game

Hi, I am looking for help with identifying a game that I have forgotten, I played it a few years ago. I have been searching steam and F95zone, but finding it has been challenging...

I recall it was

• fantasy setting, less emphasis on magic but it had potions
• I believe it was available on Steam?
• You started the game as a random soldier participating in a siege?
• The first "love interest" was some nurse I believe
• It had nudity, I think it had a censored version? the scenes themselves were pretty tame, mostly just a pinup of the girl in question.
• Later in the game you went through a desert? possibly as part of some holy mission
• Was mostly visual novel style, from what I remember, with mostly only option selections as the controlls. I don't remember how the combat went, but I think it was easily exploitable.

Hopefully that's enough detail, and thanks for reading/helping! (sorry I posted it to general, instead of the subthread. I am dumb, and appears I can't undo, so putting this here. sorry again!)

do you remember the desert scene?
it was chaotic? like soldiers everywhere and bandits everywhere?

i remember there is a game with that same idea but it has like multiple stories
selecting the soldier story goes to that part (something like octopath traveler)

Yeah, there definitely was some desert scene, although its a little fuzzy if that area was chaotic. This one looks similar in setting maybe, but the artstyle of was western-ish. I believe also did not have the RPGM style movement.
