Played it a while ago and cant remember the name. In the game you had to manage a sci-fi city by locating people in certain work parts and building stuff. There was a mine i think, something else and a breeding thing where you could locate your people. If i remember correctly the game had a own site at a certain point from where you could play it. The logo was blueish i think.
