Identify forgot the name of a game about a goblin

Hello all, I've been looking for a game i found months ago but I do not remember the game.

It has you play as a goblin, where you visit a nearby village and slowly mind control a family of a mother and her 2 daughters. you eventually have your own cave. thats about all i can remember.

Not sure how far Rise of Vruk has gotten since I don't think I played the most recent update, but OP is probably remembering the game it was based on, A Goblin's Tale, which was much further along in development before being abandoned...
