Identify Forgot the name of a game

Hello,

So I've recently reinstalled windows and trying to redownload my collection but I've forgotten the name of one of them.

I remember the story being you start off as a really ugly guy who gets into a car accident and then gets remodelled into a good looking guy. The catch is that now you have to do a job where you find people to corrupt and offer them injections which make them hotter and start craving sex to eventually turn them over as whores. You find out one of your sisters has been working for them while you were in a coma.
