I forgot the name of a lewd game i really enjoyed, can anyone help me?

So the action its set somewhere in japan. The action is basically in images, not a fluid game. The protagonist is this drog dealer who rents a house in which he cohabits with 2 young women and their mother. The drugs he is selling are viagra like/body dysmorphia-like(???). It has a bit of choices to it, where you can choose if you want to take certain detours. I remember that you also had a money ballance, and most of the early game money came from this girl who would hire me as a go-home kind of gym helper (?) and each day I visit her the scenes gets lewder and lewder. In the begging i remember that the younger daughter steals some of his drugs because the mc made fun of her for the way she looked and all of a sudden everything became comically huge.

Also, the drogs were pink and i think they had 'pig' in the name

It was 2d, i'd say it was closer to japanese, I don't think the sex scenes were animated and I played it roughly one year ago

I mean, that kind of interface is very clearly renpy, but if the game was japanese and translated, there's a significant chance it either used RPG Maker or "Other" engine

Well, the story premise it's different. In what i remember, the mc isn't sold by anyone. He is just a dude in his 30s who needs a place to live and can't afford anything but a room inside of someone's house. Only the art style is VERY similar
