Identify Forgot the name of the game, Help me find it?

I can't for the life of me remember the name of a game I played. The MC inherits his father's estate which has multiple properties and companies and they are actually a front for a paramilitary agency. He was sent by his father to a school for agents and was only allowed to speak to one person, who didn't speak his language. There's also something about a code his dad gave him related to chess. Anyone know the name of this game?
