It was an RPG maker Shota game where your "babysitter" (aka mom) lived in a small village and your aunt lived in a huge house directly to the left of the map, there was a bar/inn you worked in, and one of the girls you could fuck was a ninja teacher with her older sister. I remember there being a forest you had to go through to date your mom(?).
