Identify Forgot the name of the game :(

Some time ago i downloaded a JP VN from this site then forgot about it and now that i remembered it's gone,and so is the name of the game from my memory.Couldn't find in downloads as well.

Japanese VN,something about MC's sister being bullied into suicide then he catches responsible girls and does some nasty stuff to them while also recording it.

Never got to play it so my curiosity is killing me rn.
