Identify forgot this platforming game w/ a pixel art style

I played about 1 or more years ago, and my description may not be the best

The game is a 2D platformer game based around the future and something w/ robots. I know that in the game you started off in a city and there was a woman who was selling items, with a little sister. If you headed off to the left you'd see a small robot with a red eye and it'd attack you. Behind said robot there would be a gate/portal that led to a dungeon typa thing.

The mc was either the only male or was artificially created, and there was a girl with short white hair that was some sort of scientist, and he could donate sperm to her for research? I remember that there was a scene where said lady would be comforting the MC on a bench(?).

This one gave me a bit of trouble, the separation of the "Side Scroller" and "Platformer" tags is always a pain in the ass.
Now I haven't played this personally but is it: Dusk City?
