After searching the forums and my bookmarks, I just can't find this game. Maybe you can help me.
The game, I believe, could be around 2 years old, with good renders and it isn't RPGM (Ren'py or Unity most likely)
All I remember is that the game starts with a woman, I think she was blonde, working in a laboratory or facility and she tries to steal some formula or information.
The security guard tries to flirt with her and her husband is cheating on her with the maid, which is futa.
