I don't think it was ever posted on this site, but I remember playing an RPGM game where you play as an adventurer/farmer where you recruit female adventures/animal girls to fight enemies or you give them a (golden?) carrot which increases their affection to you. I've played it a year or 2 ago but can't for the life of me find it again.
