Overview:
The story of Foxy is rather basic: a hostile army from a country known simply as "Red" attacks the capital city of the "Blue" nation. Not only the enemy tries to invade the most important strategic points of the city - enemy generals also try to capture and enslave the "Blue" girls! Naturally, they must be stopped! As the commander of the Blue army, it's the player's task to face enemy forces in battles, rescue the girls, and drive the Reds out of the city.

Interesting, this seems to be an old Advance Wars type game. Other than that, the game seems to be mainly controlled by the numpad arrow keys, enter, and esc. Not sure if it has the same issue as the other PC-98 game that was posted here a while back but the Neko Project emulator defaults to something like a 20x clock speed multiplier so if you find the game running fast go the emulate menu > configure and tweak the multiplier down to something lower.

Judging from the tiny pics of gameplay and the description, is this essentially a very crusty Advanced Wars, but with tiddies?

how can i save ,and open a save ?
Not played it yet. There must be a "Load" or "Save" option in some menu, or pressing esc it might show up, or some of the F1 - F12? If you use "Neko Project" emulator there was a posibility to add save slots to the emulator. Need to edit its config file. Set one of the switches to "yes" or "1" then in the emu menu a new slot with "File1" to "File10" (?, I forgot how it was exactly) is aviable at the left side. ... We need translation of "Foxy II" as well.
