I sort of remember playing this. It didn't make me angry, I assume. So, there's that. Or at least not angry enough to remember it. But, ultimately, I don't remember anything about it. So it didn't leave an impression. Not a ringing endorsement. Bits I do kinda remember: A sword, multiple worlds, poor power scaling, and a princess? I think. What little is coming back to me is a bunch of convoluted world building that doesn't work and not a lot else. Upon starting, it has a character introducing the game like an actor. I'm very tired of this trope. It's not witty, it's not creative, it adds nothing to the story. Just have a dev character say what needs to be said and move on. Don't waste time rendering 4 poses of a character smiling at the player. This also does the "Don't worry, my timid little snowflake. Any content your poor little mind can't handle is optional. So no ICKY kisses between girls or anything like that." I hate this. If you need to know every tiny detail of what you're about to see just go watch the same 10 porn vids you've been watching for the last 5 years. If you can't handle girls kissing in a harem game, you're no better than the "snowflakes" you undoubtedly make fun of on twitter. I get it for more extreme fetishes like BDSM, scat/urination, and stuff like that. But if I have to see content warnings every time I boot up anything now I'm going to lose my mind. Try something new, you might like it.
I'll be honest, this needs a lot of work. The story is interesting, and the magic mechanics aren't over explained. The Animations aren't good. The last bit of the story had many noticeable typos, missing images and the quality of the game and images sort of gets better once. There's not a gradual increase, there's just a point where suddenly the renders look a little better. The talking animations have missing images, the lighting makes the images look grainy at best, and the sex scenes are just a series of menus waiting for you to click next. It's not fun, it's not enticing. And all the dialogue coddles you so hard you might as well be watching sesame street. "You don't have to if you don't want to" is the most repeated sentiment in the game. There's also MC's sudden change to mild-mannered white knight to hot-headed harem master that doesn't want anyone to speak down to him. Why? Yeah, he was annoying in the fist case, but the second case is a type of cringe Andrew Tate fans can only exude. So, basically, what happens in this game as of this release? MC's uncle dies, he finds out he has powers, some billionaire contacts him to MAYBE be a villain, he teleports to another world and is given a spirit and god powers because no reason given, two celestial spirits are interested in him or attached to him, and in the other world he's essentially gonna be their savior. Oh and every girl he talks to giggles like a school girl and wants to have his babies. The only two that are consistently visually appealing are Lisbeth and Nicole. The rest look like anorexic teenagers. Gabby is a maybe but we don't know if she'll be a LI. But that's not an issue, because there's already more than enough LIs, and is just speculation.
So lets sum it up. The English is fine. The typos start shining through at the end but this feels like someone that speaks English has a direct hand in editing the dialogue. The UI/UX is untouched almost entirely. There's an edited settings menu and that's it. The Art, like I said, is grainy, has a bunch of artifacts, the animation is slow, and a bunch of missing images. It needs to be worked on more. The dialogue is not good. I've read far worse. But this "Terms and Conditions" type romance SUCKS. Give someone a personality. Let there be banter BEYOND just the vampire being mad at MC for existing. Through to end of current content, no one feels like they matter outside of MC. I'll take a wild shot in the dark and say Thessa is MC's mom or something and that will be the twist. But Veen feels so out of place it's almost a joke. She just shows up to disappear and become a damsel in distress. And since her and MC have a connection that CAN'T BE EXPRESSED TO THE READER, you don't give a shit. Which sucks. So I'm very middle of the road on this one. I can see and understand what they WANTED to do, but they didn't get it across. I feel like I'll try it one more time and if it continues to do all these things that bug me I'm gonna drop it. I can understand why some people would like this, competent world building and a harem of women, but it's not there yet for me.
