based upon the title of your post "make your own pictures into a AI ho" - it sounds like you are interested in using photos of real people to manipulate for the purpose of sexual gratification.

Be aware, some jurisdictions have made it illegal to use AI to alter the photos of real people into sexual situations (aka deepfake porn). If you live in one of those jurisdictions and somehow your creations are discovered (by friends, family, strangers) and the authorities are notified, it could result in a charge that has a sex offender registration as part of the consequences.

Germany, for example, already addressed deepfakes as being illegal (from my understanding) - porn or not - if the person depicted has not given their permission:

If you're using your own photos of yourself I don't think there shoud be much issue. Tho I'm not familiar with Germany laws so do your research on that.

Because you are the subject of pictures of you, you can do mostly anything you want with them (as long as you give yourself permission lol).

And as long as he is the only real person to appear on it. I'm sure that, even if not altered by the AI, anyone else in the picture could be in position to sue him, since the result would imply that they were direct witness of the situation.
