I know I've seen some Deviant Art pages that are similar, making custom characters and providing them through the site, Red Girl is the main one I remember from a few years ago, but I'm only finding 404 pages. I don't know how lively the Deviant Art DAZ community is, so I don't know if it still has a good collection or not.
