I assume you want to convert an existing game to android and possibly said game is not a Renpy game?
1) Extract the assets and scripts.
2) Rewrite in Renpy altering or removing features not compatible with android
3) Profit! (Not financially, but in a sense of achievement)
But after rewriting the game scripts you will know the story well and probably won't enjoy playing it much at that point.
