Extremely stupid and goofy game with pretty visuals.

Simon is the classic "funny moron" type of protagonist with extremely exaggerated reactions and facial expressions. And he truly is written to be a pathetic cretin. He pesters everyone to give him information on his missing father, and the second they do, he believes them unconditionally and doesn't question it at all. He's surprised in the most exaggerated way by literally everything and everyone. Not to mention that he's a gigantic peak of naivety. It's physically painful having to look at this brainless buffoon do the most stupid shit imaginable without having any way to stop him. This whole game has the vibe of a story created for toddlers, except with sex scenes.

I won't give any examples to avoid spoilers, but just trust me, it gets truly ridiculous. This story doesn't need a villain, because Simon is his own biggest enemy. He'll find a way to screw everything up by himself. The whole season 2 drama is based on him making the stupidest decisions imaginable. Don't even get me started on how absurd the story gets sometimes. Simon can just disappear for a few days while doing something, and all this time, not think about literally anything or anyone else, and then act all fucking surprised after getting messages and calls from everyone when he comes back.

Though, if you don't mind the atrocious story and everything having a goofy vibe to it, this AVN actually has great visuals and animations. The dialogues are fine as well, it's just a shame they're ruined by Simon being the protagonist.

Also, don't count on any meaningful romance. All the girls pretty much throw themselves at Simon without any reason. Well, most of it is his big cock. That's it. Simon is just like a moronic addition to his cock. And that's a shame, since more than half of the reason I actually enjoy sex scenes in the AVNs is the emotional connection, which I can't feel at all here.

So interesting to me how the assets of season 1 became apparently extraneous to whomever took over for season 2. The whole story, to me, lost its soul.
For one, and most importantly, the MC became this AI creature, and I just have to say -- he cannot act his way out of a paper bag! Seriously, his expressions made most cartoons look like Shakespeare. Bottom line -- he Just Wasn't Human! So all the well-rendered SEX he might have became meaningless to me, because he wasn't real. And the LI's also lost most of their charm.
So, yeah -- too bad. It started out as a crafty, sexy piece, and ended up as SLOP. Well done, but still SLOP. 2 stars because of season 1. Otherwise 1.

    AN UNEXPECTED WOW!

This is the second or third game that I have found recently that has blown my socks off.

I will start with the negative as there is so very little of it.

Really only 1 thing, and that is most of the character models, I’ve seen in other games, in some cases lots of other games.

That said WOW, they are done VERY, VERY well in this title.

    SO:

    Story:
The story is amazing, great mystery and intrigue. It’s not a pure spank-romp, but it’s very spank-able. The dialogs are well written as is the overall narrative. The pacing is also excellent. I really liked the chapter transition sections and how they were done.

    Visuals:
Lighting was top notch, renders are all outstanding. The animations are pretty amazing. Ok there are some mouth, lip transformations ( stretches/bends ) that are implausible, but they do not really detract from the hotness. I strongly suspect DAZ renders fed into WAN2.0 for the animation construction. The 3some with Cloe and Julia in Sesson 2 was breath taking.

    Visual Story Telling:

Outstanding, you can totally follow the plot with minimal skim reading if that’s your thing. I often do a skim read play though first time to see if I’m even into the game. The visuals and framing are very consistent and the visual story telling is top-notch.

    Characterization:

Game has some wonderful and interesting characters. All are well written and there are even a few surprises I didn’t see coming.

    Sex:
There is a very good mix of Sex and Narrative. The story is not just an excuse to link sex scenes and it’s also not miles of reading between sex.. it’s a really good balance.

    Really This game is A+

Julia is by far my favorite character, With Cloe coming in a close second. I think that’s by design :D.. but Devilla is also fucking hot as hell :D Probably going to support this one.

This game has so many fans one ends up buying this hoping for something amazing and, well, there's nothing of the sort here. I won't tell you how to spend your life away, but watching online porn instead of this would be better for everyone.

Story is insulting to whoever who can read, characters have no personalities, and there's no challenge, gameplay, or even the whiff of something interesting. It's cringey, cumbersome, slow, and frankly boring, there's many many other games as mediocre as this one, and certainly a lot much better than this Daz PowerPoint demo.

Amazing storytelling and the story is really great, Season 2 left me in so much shock with its ending. Renders TOP tier, character models ARE GREAT, plus personality of each character god damn, that's a masterpiece, one of my (if not the most) most loved games! Great job, can't wait for season 3!

Yeah the graphics are good. Most erotic scenes are nice too.
And that's where the pros end.

The story isn't interesting, and the whole thing seems pretty linear.
To be honest, S1 was way more enjoyable than S2. In any case, your choices won't have any real impact or even get ignored altogether.

    I can't recommend it, soz

I have to admit that this is an excellent game — evident in its character modeling, graphics rendering, and the design and selection of game scenes. The plot kinda mid but this is goon game so yeah i accept it . Cant hope character have good develop after all everything is still great. The story of Season 2 is mid the CG still the best, hope the CG can keep like this, the story cant complain for a goon game.

I played S1 when it was still in development and followed it to completion, but somehow missed most if not all of S2 until now.

It's pretty incredible how much of a contrast is between seasons. Somehow everything that I care about - character development, good story, human conversations - went to shit, while it's undeniable that the production quality went up.

The last straw was when the game just flat our ignored all my decisions between both seasons when it came to certain characters. Not that there are many meaningful decisions, but I'd bet forcing LIs is not a feature anyone is interested in.

Too bad, S1 was promising despite its fault, but S2 is a nicely decorated pile of garbage.

If someone prefers visuals over everything else, they'll love this game.

The most important criteria when I rate these games are the sex scenes. While the first scenes in the series aren't that great, the developers adapted quickly, and the scenes get much better by episode 3-4. Very good, including:
    • Very attractive characters
    • Lots of animation (i.e., motion)
    • Fully voiced with moans and such (pretty rare)
    • Wide range of body types
    • You're never required to pick one and abandon the others
For these reasons, it gets top marks from me.

Of lesser importance to me is story. This, the game drops the ball. The first Season builds quite a mystery that gets dropped quickly in Season 2 to then be brought back in the final episode. The writing, as many have pointed out, is problematic. The protagonist is frustratingly dumb and quick to judge, and there are many continuity errors. For those that are looking for compelling stories and characters, I would look elsewhere. I'm not, thus my higher rating.

I liked Season 2 much more than Season 1. Played back to back a few weeks after Season 2 came out. The last Episode still needed some polishing.

Characters look good and are likable. Lewd scenes look great, especially in Season 2. The story is interesting and doesn't feel slow.

First, I have to admit that this is an excellent game — evident in its character modeling, graphics rendering, and the design and selection of game scenes. However, as a visual novel, the game’s biggest flaw is its terrible plot, and the character development is like a pile of shit. Each character has an unclear personality, and the protagonist is an idiot in terms of appearance, personality, and the plot. The story of Season 2 is really bad; I wouldn’t have given such a high score if it weren’t for the great CGs.

The 1st Season didn't have the best story ever but it was good enough and had already excellent renders and animations. Now, Season 2 has even better production value like better renders, better animations, better UI. However, I'm not gonna lie ... the story has kind of gone to shit xD There are too many "convenient events" for my taste and some characters are acting way out of character according to 1st season, I don't remember how many times I rolled my eyes and facepalmed during season 2. That being said I think it's worth checking out for the animations in 1440p and 4k.
As a whole I'd give it an 8/10

I do not give many five stars to games and this one is borderline 4 and 5. When I first started playing this I thought it was going to be another split personality game (those never work and are usually bad). I am glad it was not and the amnesia plot along with his missing father really hooked me in. Is it the best writing I have ever seen? No. Is it acceptable yes and although sometimes the story does not make complete sense or follow logic in all cases (missing towel in the beginning comes to mind). It is still a very good game. It does not deserve some of the criticism it has been getting lately.

The voice acting and visuals imo are top notch and I really liked most of the characters (Dylan was kind of ehh, but provided comic relief at times). It is nice to play a lighthearted game that really does not take itself to seriously. It does have some mystery around it, however its mostly just about a guy rediscovering who he is well having a lot of fun with several ladies.

Overall, It is good, distinctive voices, character models are beautiful, the scenes are very well animated.

My biggest complaints come from the writing and some of the characters.
Dylan feels like a less likeable and more cringy, best friend archetype then usually.

But that's where my complaints end. There was clearly lots of effort put into this, and I will be following this game going forward.

I am not sure when was the last time I was disappointed this much with a follow-up season of any VN.
The first season was a 5 star.
But since the 2nd season, everything is a downgrade.
I mean what the hell was the dev thinking!!!
I loved this VN for the looks of every model. Then what did the dev do??? He changed looks of every model. First season's models looked so awesome I am definitely sure it was up there with top 5 good looking model VNs. But since season 2 , the models got uglier and inconsistent. The body shape, boobs and face shape were ugly and unrecognizable and animation was sloppy too. Body geometry was all over the place. One time a person look like something just a moment later, very different.
    Damn what a waste.
The story was not bad but not good either, but good considering it's an adult VN. I just wish it could had little more character depth at first season. Then I would just disregard the second season and pretend it had only one season.
The secondary area of the VN is simply oustanding. The voicing, the sexual sfx and other sounds. I love them.

I'm so angry that I can't control myself and gave it straight one star. Sure it deserves more if we compare it against average VNs, but I had high hopes for it. If it had the same quality as season 1 but with the added sharpness of season 2 then it would definitely be among my all time Top 5 VNs.

Reading the dialogue is about as interesting as watching paint dry. The characters are so one-dimensional and boring. The "trauma" of the protag is just there for the purpose of getting girls to feel bad for him. Every girl has this overbearing smile that looks superficial.

Playing this game is like watching the most commercial and stereotypical Hollywood movie ever. Production quality with zero substance.

Play it if you want some quick fire sex scenes I guess. Other than that it's worthless.

    AlysinChaynes

I'll keep this simple. Models and all good but that's where good ends.

I could not get past the writing, the conversations are ok but when it comes to what pleads to the sex, it falls flatter than a pancake. There's no premise, no charisma, it just feels like dev sat and got a spur of moment idea to throw in sex and then it happens, with a ridiculous buildup.
  18. 5.00 star(s)

    at959595

Sure, it's very superficial. But damn the production value is high, and there's a huge cast filled with so many hotties. This is definitely one of the first AVNs to get into if you're just here for porn

Update for [Julia in Japan DLC]: New set of hot characters, high quality lewd scenes with many angles, animations, poses, and moaning SFX. Also the VA of Sunny from Party Games. Fuck it. 5 stars. This game is goon central.

great looking models, great renders as well, although there is a change in quality from season 1 to season 2, it shows very much in the quality of the hair textures.

As for the story, it has some merit but the main character is a complete tool, stumbling and fumbling through the different story arcs and sometimes reacting completely over the top in some events, with little to no player agency in choosing how he reacts to certain events.

The voice acting and sounds during the sex scenes is nice and gives it some extra umpf but that doesn't make up for the poor story implementation.

tldr, nice renders, nice models, decent animations but a stupic MC and a story that started interesting but is not very well executed and implemented

I was in the mood to try out some well-known or highly talked-about games, and that’s how I stumbled across this one. And man… what a letdown.

At first, it had me hooked. The first four chapters of the first season were solid — the whole storyline with the protagonist’s father really pulled me in. It felt like things were building toward something big. But then episode five hit… and the story just fell apart. It felt like the devs had no idea where to go next. The more I played, the more that impression stuck.

The stuff with Emily, the protagonist’s amnesia, and his father all seemed to be leading to something major — but it ended up going nowhere. Especially with Emily, it was like the devs didn’t know what to do with her and just wrote her off in the most boring way possible.

The protagonist didn’t help either. I don’t mind protagonists who are funny or even a little goofy — honestly, I usually prefer them over the overly serious types. But this guy is just all over the place. One minute he’s serious, the next he’s cracking jokes at the weirdest times. His behavior with the girls is also super off-putting. Even if you choose the “nice” dialogue options, he still ends up acting like a jerk.

Take Julia, for example. There are several moments where he just ditches her to hook up with some other girl, or bails on her with no explanation. One moment that really stuck with me — I don’t remember which chapter exactly — involves you trying to get rid of some photos of you having sex with a girl. Julia finds the pictures, and she’s clearly upset. You can see it on her face. But the protagonist doesn’t care at all. Same thing happens at the first college party — he leaves her behind and she’s obviously uncomfortable with it.

He acts more childish than funny a lot of the time, which completely contradicts the whole narrative that he’s “maturing” as the game progresses. It just doesn’t add up.

And the character development? Pretty terrible across the board. Like I said, Emily gets dropped like nothing, but Sue is just as bad. Suddenly she’s deeply into the protagonist, even though just a few chapters earlier, there was barely anything between them. Other girls go through the same thing. I know there are “main” girls in the game, but even they don’t get much actual development. And the side girls? Totally forgettable. I didn’t care about any of them. Some are clearly just thrown in to have sex scenes — that’s it.

One example: this nurse shows up to take care of you. You barely talk, suddenly you're in bed with her, and then she disappears from the story like she never existed.

All of that really ruined the experience for me. It got to a point where I just kept playing out of habit, not because I cared anymore.

To be fair, the game is technically impressive. The animations are well done, especially the sound effects during scenes. The girls are beautiful and nicely modeled. But the story… it just kept going downhill the more I played.

Unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge disappointment. But hey, that’s just my opinion. Play it yourself and see what you think.
