Not a bad little game to spend some time on. It's much less of a game than a kinetic novel though. Your choices don't affect the outcome of the main story, just how you treat and interact with some of the side characters. I didn't find the story overly compelling, and a little frustrating that you take around a character you may or may not have actually wanted to interact with for the main story.
Grind | 1/5 | Very little grinding: Work and University, you don't really need money so it's optional. The only time I feel like there were extra clicks that didn't need to be there are in the traveling |
Story | 4/5 | Story is decent, nothing overly emotional, nothing overly exciting, just good solid decent story. The dev has made a conscious decision which I respect to gloss over conversations, and not make it feel like we are seeing a million and two dialogue bubbles. |
UI | 4/5 | An upgraded experience. Nothing fancy, but everything is easily accessible, the guide slides in and out for quick reference, and images and videos are appropriately sized. |
Gameplay | 3/5 | There's not a lot of buildup to the few "SAVE BEFORE MAKING THIS DECISION" and nothing that makes it hit hard other than just player decision making. |
