Or did you load a save file from an old version ?

I started a new game from 4.0

Hmmm, Okay. At this point you should just skip the puzzle. Have you tried redownloading the game ? I really can't seem to get your bug. Whatever I do on my end, it works...

well tried re downloading as well as skipping but that also failed think i keep getting the same error
